By confirming a booking or requesting a quote or using our services, you are agreeing to the points written here. This applies to local shifting, intercity moving, and other relocation services offered by us.

How Service Requests Are Treated

Every move starts with information. The quality of service depends heavily on the accuracy of that information.

We rely on details shared by the customer, such as:

  1. pickup and delivery addresses
  2. preferred moving date
  3. type and quantity of goods
  4. access conditions at both locations

If information changes later, service planning may need adjustment. This is normal in relocation, but early updates help.

About Booking and Confirmation

A service is considered booked only after both sides agree on:

  1. scope of work
  2. tentative schedule
  3. estimated charges

Preparation Matters

Some responsibilities remain with the customer. This is not about rules. It is about practicality.

Customers are suggested to:

  1. remove cash, jewellery, personal documents
  2. inform about fragile or sensitive items
  3. arrange society permissions if required
  4. inform about lift restrictions or timings

When such details are missed, delays or complications can happen despite best effort.

What are the Services we Covers

Payment Understanding

Relocation requires advance planning and resource allocation. Because of this, payments are structured accordingly.

Delayed payment can affect service flow. We encourage customers to ask about payments early to avoid discomfort later.

Handling, Risk & Limitations

We handle goods with reasonable care. Still, certain situations are beyond control.

We are not responsible for damage caused due to:

  1. items packed by the customer
  2. internal defects in goods
  3. natural events like floods or accidents
  4. incomplete or incorrect item declaration

For added protection, insurance options can be discussed separately.

Delays and Situations Out of Control

Traffic, weather ,road conditions, administrative checks, can affect timelines. While we aim for timely delivery, exact time guarantees are not always possible.

In such cases:

  1. updates are shared
  2. alternative solutions are discussed

Relocation works best with flexibility.

Cancellations and Changes Plans change. We understand that. So, cancellations or rescheduling should be informed as early as possible. Late changes may involve charges if packing, vehicle arrangement, or manpower allocation has already started. Disagreements and Resolution In rare cases of disagreement, we believe discussion resolves most issues. If a matter remains unresolved, it will be subject to local jurisdiction as per Indian law.
